This week in the Roanoke Valley: It's the last First Fridays of the season, a Saturday packed with festivals from Old Southwest to Elmwood Park, and City Council back in chambers Monday. Plus ghost tours, Oklahoma! at Mill Mountain, and big names at the Jefferson Center and Dr Pepper Park.
